Hi,
My flat mate is moving out at the end of October and I am looking to carry on the contact with someone else. As I have been here a year, we can sign for 7months together. I will likely move out around this time so you will be free to move in someone else or continue the lease alone if desired!
Manchester Life are the letting agent and they charge £1559 a month. Elec is roughly 35 each, council tax 88 each and internet 15 each.
The flat is stunning and is a larger corner flat which looks out over the canal. Your bedroom won't be furnished but the rest of the flat is. Large ensuite room with a walk through wardrobe. If you don't have furniture, there is always someone in the building moving out and selling things cheap. The building has 24 hour concierge and an onsite gym. Very friendly, safe and quiet.
I work as a teacher so pretty quiet in the week as I work early then usually out and about on the weekends. Im easy going and just ask that the you are tidy in communal areas and not loud until late during the weekdays.
Up for chilling with a movie, going for a pint in NQ etc or also happy to give people you your space depending on you! Consider myself friendly and easy to chat to!
