Stunning Ancoats top floor apartment with en-suite

From 31st October. A stunning Ancoats/Manchester city centre apartment. We’re on the top floor so have a huge balcony overlooking the marina. There are two bedrooms both with en-suites. I’m in one and you’d be in the other. The flat is unfurnished but I've handily furnished the communal areas. Seeking a flatmate with similar lifestyle (9-5/professional job, likes to go out and socialise but also likes to stay in and make a house a home). I’m out of the city for work twice a week and am out gymming, with friends, or at bars or restaurants a lot so you’d have time alone. Equally, it would be nice to spend time together in the flat and the communal areas. Non-negotiables are being mindful and respectful of noise on weekdays and being clean and tidy. Home should be a relaxing sanctuary that feels warm and cosy especially as we approach winter!
