Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as soon as possible. Currently live with my good friend (another 26 year old lad).
The flat is located in a top location just off Ancoats marina and is 10 mins walk away from Norther Quarter.
Flat is fully furnished and has all the appliances you need. Just turn up with a suitcase and some fresh bedsheets and you’re on your way.
I need someone to take over before 27th October getting people in for viewings and to meet my friend the other tenant as soon as possible.
You will have to pay £50 for the change of tenant and the tenancy lasts until April but after that they are happy for you to sign for another year if wanted.
