Flat by the marina in ancoats

Hey! I’m looking for a flat mate to move in from the 1st of November as she’s unfortunately leaving me to move back home ❤️‍🩹

- 2 bed in Ancoats just by the marina
- Rent is £641.09 (potentially going up a tiny bit) plus bills
- En-suite room
- Gym in sister building
- Unfurnished (My flatmate right now will be selling all of her furniture in her room, so you may purchase it to make things easier)

I’m 26 and work in a marketing agency in Spinningfields. I wfh on Mondays and Fridays and would ideally look for someone who only wfh 1/2 days, however I’m not fussed if it’s the same days as me 😊 Would love to find someone who I can become friends with and not just live with! I’m pretty boring and tame in the week, love a bit of running and going to the gym or a class. However, love a drink at the weekend but love a wholesome weekend just as much. I really enjoy cooking so if you’re a foodie like me we will get on great!
