I've lived in this flat for the past three years with my current flatmate, who’s moving out on October 31st as our tenancy comes to an end. I’m looking to renew for another 7 months, with the option to extend beyond that.

The room available is spacious, including a walk-in wardrobe and en-Suite. The building has a free gym open to tenants, club room, terrace, and 24/7 concierge. It’s situated right on the marina, with loads of nearby amenities including food shops, cafes, pubs/bars, gyms, a barbers, and more – all within a short walk

New Islington tram stop is just around the corner, with Picadilly Station a 10-15min walk. There is an on-site car park; I believe there’s a waiting list and costs £100+p/m for a space.

I work from home as a portfolio analyst. Outside of work, I enjoy meeting up with my friends and family, eating out and going for drinks, watching films/series/sports, reading, and occasionally playing sports. I’d say I’m sociable, easy-going, and easy to get along with. I’m looking for someone like-minded that I can get on well with.
