I'm a 25-year-old working professional living in a stylish 2-bed apartment at Anco&co in Ancoats, Manchester. I'm looking for a like-minded roommate who shares similar interests in gym, sports, and enjoys going out every now and then after work. Anco&Co is a great place to live. With access to a 24 hour concierge service, cinema room & rooftop, there are not many places like it for the rent! I’ve lived here for a year now and have loved it.

- Bathrooms: 1 with En Suite (mine), 1 with Private Bathroom / En Suite (yours, just outside your bedroom as shown in pictures)

Would be nice to do something within the week, go out for a drink, a run etc. Quite keen to play some football / basketball / start padel down in Deansgate, just need someone to have a game with!

Water - £30-35pm
Electricity - £30pm
Council tax (Band C) - £80-85pm

I would like to live with a working professional that works sociable hours (work 8/9 to 5) so that my roommate and I have similar lifestyles and won’t disrupt each other.
I would like my flatmate to keep the place clean and tidy, although I am not a grinch!
