Hi, I’m looking for a flatmate as my friend is moving abroad for work. The room is available from November 1st. It is a two bedroom one bathroom flat in Ancoats, a two minute walk into Northern Quarter. The building has two rooftop balconies, a gym, and concierge service with parcel room. The flat is council tax band C. There is parking available for an extra cost of £175pcm.
I’m fairly tidy and social -I’d be equally keen to go out for drinks, go to run club, or have a movie night in.
