Available double room - New islington/ Ancoats

Double bed with own bathroom available in November - my current flat mate will be moving to London at the end of our tenancy and im looking for a friendly, social, clean & tidy female flat mate.

Move in date can be slightly flexible, just let me know :)

Just to note the carpets in the bedroom have been replaced with laminate flooring.

Rent is £1200 in total however this may or may not increase. If it does increase im guessing it will increase by £100 - making total rent £1300
- hence why the price on Ad is £650 for the room. If anything changes I will update the listing.

I’m not sure of the exact deposit price but I do believe it is around £650 - will double check this with the landlord.

Bills come to £180-200 each per month at the moment including electricity, water, broadband & council tax. (This is not included in the rent price)

The apartment is in a great location very close to Manchester town, station and new islington tram stop.

I have the parking space but if you need parking - people do rent out their spaces in the apartment block for roughly £75 a month (however I cannot guarantee this)

Im looking to renew the contract for 6 months for now just to give us both flexibility however this can be extended further.

Im a 26 year old female fashion designer. I usually work from home 1 day a week. I'm a very friendly, chilled clean and tidy person.
