Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over one room in my lovely 2-bed apartment located right in the centre of Ancoats.

The room comes with its own private bathroom, and the apartment has amazing views of the city. The location is unbeatable- surrounded by cafes, restaurants, and bars, and only about an 8 minute walk to Picadilly Gardens.

I’m hoping to find a friendly, tidy, and sociable tenant (female) - someone who enjoys a chat, keeps the place clean, and appreciates a relaxed and positive living environment.
