Looking at potentially renewing my flat in Ancoats, the room is available from 1st November, there is a large double and you would have sole use of the large bathroom opposite.
The room is a large double, with a fitted wardrobe and easily space for drawers and a desk. The lounge is spacious also and rooms are opposite eachother, not next to each other so there is an element of privacy.
I have a small/medium dog so would need to be pet friendly and enjoy doggo cuddles. I’m looking for someone who is tidy and respect but also would like to be friends and create a cozy home environment.
