Small double room in New Islington

Hiya!

My flatmate is going travelling so I’ve got a small double room with its own separate bathroom going in my lovely 2-bed flat right by New Islington tram stop.

The flat’s quiet, chilled vibes — not a party place, more of a relaxed home. You’d be living with me and my tiny chihuahua Milo (he’s super friendly and usually comes to work with me, so he won't be getting under your feet).

The room’s a small double with its own separate bathroom with a shower over bath. It's not really suitable for working from home as there's no space for a desk and I work shift like hours so am sometimes at home in the day. The whole flat is unfurnished and the current furniture is all my flatmates so there may be the option to buy some from her if needed.

Looking for someone friendly, considerate, and easygoing who’s happy doing their own thing but up for a chat or and maybe even a wine here and there :)
