On the look out for a female flatmate to take over the second bedroom in my lovely two bed flat in Ancoats along the canal. Available from the 2nd of December.

You'd have your own bathroom and walk through wardrobe space:)
In my spare time I enjoy running and going to the gym, as well as going out for food/drinks with friends and caring for my many houseplants.

I'm a clean and tidy person and would love to live with someone like-minded with similar interests. It would be so lovely to make a new friend!

The deposit is actually £875 (5 weeks rent) but spareroom wouldn't let me enter that for some reason.
