Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me, as my lovely current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend. Ideally, I’d love someone who can sign the new tenancy as soon as possible — before the 7th of November — with a move-in date of 11th December 2025.

💰 Rent: £750 pcm
🚗 Parking: Available for £50 pcm
⚡ Bills: Around £205 each per month

The flat is spacious, bright, and homely — lots of natural light and a balcony with two patio doors (one from your bedroom and one from the living room). You’ll have your own bathroom (not en-suite, but completely yours) and a large double bedroom with plenty of storage — a mirrored wardrobe, under-bed storage, and a chest of drawers.

We’re in a great location — just a 10-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station and Aldi, and about 15 minutes to the city centre, so it’s ideal for both commuting and enjoying everything Manchester has to offer.

A bit about me — I’m laid-back, positive, tidy, and considerate. I work hybrid in marketing, and in my free time I love rock climbing, cooking, eating out with friends, or spending time with my boyfriend. He’s very friendly, respectful, and clean, and while he stays over a few nights a week, we’re both really mindful of keeping the flat a comfortable and relaxed space for both of us.

I’d love to live with someone with a similar vibe — friendly, easy-going, and looking for a peaceful, comfortable home rather than a party flat. It’d be lovely if we got along as friends too!
