Hi! I’m looking for a new flatmate to join me, as my lovely current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend. Ideally, I’d love someone who can sign the new tenancy as soon as possible - before the 7th of November - with a move-in date of 11th December 2025.

The flat is much lighter and more spacious in person - it has a lovely open feel with lots of natural light throughout the day. There’s a balcony with two patio doors (one from your bedroom and one from the living room), and you’ll have your own bathroom (not en-suite, but entirely yours).

Your room is a large double with plenty of storage - mirrored wardrobe, under-bed storage, and a chest of drawers. The kitchen is well-equipped with lots of cupboard/fridge space and a dishwasher, so it’s easy to keep everything tidy.

We’re in a great location - just a 10-minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station, Aldi and the city centre, so it’s ideal for both commuting and enjoying everything Manchester has to offer.

A bit about me - I’m laid-back, positive, tidy, and considerate. I work hybrid in marketing, and in my free time I love rock climbing, cooking, eating out with friends, or spending time with my boyfriend. He’s very friendly, respectful, and clean, and while he stays over a few nights a week, we’re both really mindful of keeping the flat a comfortable and relaxed space for both of us.

I’d love to live with someone with a similar vibe - friendly, easy-going, and looking for a peaceful, comfortable home rather than a party flat. It’d be lovely if we got along as friends too!
