Moving back home

I am moving back to my old home as I cannot afford living in town centre and need to find a new flatmate for my current one. The rent is 775, the wifi is 35, the electric is 26 each on the current provider (Ovo) and the council tax is around 80. The bedroom has a king size bed and wardrobe with 2 bedside drawers. You have your own bathroom with a bath/shower, storage behind the mirrors. In the shared kitchen there is a dining table and fridge, with plenty of cupboard storage. There is a washer/dryer and dishwasher. The deposit is £500 which must be paid to me prior to moving in, at which point i will hand over the key.
