My flatmate has left to get married, so the double en-suite is available in our flat. The room comes with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a side table. The flat includes a washer dryer, dishwasher and balcony, and the apartment has free gym facilities

Rent £662.5 each
Energy roughly £100 (50 each)
Council tax Band C, roughly £160 (£80 each)
Water £50 (25-30 each)
WiFi £26 (£13 each)

I work in a hospital, open minded but practicing Muslim so please consider if you’re comfortable with that.
