Furnished Double Room – Ancoats/ New Islington (Available after 24 Nov 2025)

Hi, I’m looking for a new flatmate as the current one’s moving out to live with their partner. The room is a furnished double with its own bathroom, closet, chest of drawers, and bedside table. There is also a gym in the building for the residents.

Great location:
• 10–15 min to Piccadilly Gardens
• 7–10 min to Piccadilly station
• 3–5 min to New Islington tram

I work full-time in for a hotel group and WFH ~3 days a week. I’m pretty relaxed - into hiking, football, coffee, running, going out and chill takeaway nights.

Prefer someone who keeps things quiet after 10pm, isn’t big on house parties, and is clean/respectful with shared spaces. If you’re good with plants, big bonus because I’m terrible with them.
