✨ Room Available in New Islington (End of January)

Hi! I’m Ellie and I’m looking for a flatmate to move into this 2-bed flat in New Islington (right next to the tram stop). I’ve lived here for a few years and love the flat and the location – it’s easy to get into town, Picadilly station is one tram stop away, and it’s a short walk to the Marina and the centre of Ancoats. I am ideally someone who’s also looking for a calm, clean and cosy home.

The room:

-Double room (the landlord removed the bed for us, but a bed will be brought back in soon so will upload more pictures asap. Just putting feelers out first)
-The main bathroom would be yours (although may ask to have the occasional bath)
-Built in wardrobe and chest of drawers

-Very safe building with gated access and concierge
-Next to New Islington tram stop
-Clean, tidy and well-kept

About me:
I’m 29, work in HR/People & Engagement, and WFH 3–4 days a week, so ideally looking for someone who goes into the office most of the week. I love art, reading, slow evenings with a glass of wine, but also keen for the occasional night out.
