Ancoats Two Bed Sub Let - Pool and Sauna!!

Hi Everyone!!

My flat mate and I are leaving Manchester and looking to sublet our apartment.

We are looking for two people (two friends / a couple would be ideal!) who are clean, friendly, trustworthy and all around legends to take the apartment for the remaining two months left on on our lease, with the option to sign on afterwards.

We are unable to break our lease until end of February and eager to get two people in, early Jan (flexible on dates).

The apartment is two bed two bathroom (one is en-suite) and is located in Ancoats. The amenities are fantastic, with swimming pool, sauna, gym, steam room and concierge. The flat has a balcony and is extremely spacious and accessible to town.

(The living pictures are from the start of the year with my former flat mate who has since moved out who owned a lot of the items so the flat is a bit minimalistic currently, but you get the vibesssss)

Bills for the flat in full:
- Council Tax: £184 pcm
- Electricity around £70 - £100
- Water: £30 every few months
