Modern Ancoats Flat 🤍 1st Feb 2026 Move In

Unfortunately my current flatmate is relocating end of January, so I'm looking for a female flatmate to sign a 12 month tenancy at my current flat starting 1st Feb 2026. I've lived in the flat for the past year and have loved being here, and looking to stay for at least another 12 months!

A little about me:
I'm 32 and work in fashion marketing (I get great fashion, beauty & home discounts and I'm happy to share!), I work hybrid so 3 days a week office based and 2 working from home. When I'm in the flat I like it to be a safe, cosy sanctuary to unwind and relax. I'm looking for someone of a similar lifestyle/mindset to myself who wants to keep the flat a clean, calm space. I'd be looking for a kind, friendly flatmate who is chilled (party days are behind her!) and enjoys having a natter and a movie night here and there, but can respect each others space as well.

About the flat:
The flat came unfurnished so you'd need to furnish your bedroom (I can share my home discount if you needed any bits). The layout is identical to the pics I've included of my own bedroom (yours also includes walk in wardrobe an en-suite). I've got the living room mostly covered (sofa, TV, kitchen appliances etc) but we might need to add some extras once my current flatmate has moved out and taken her bits with her.

The building is located on New Islington Marina, close to lots of independent coffee shops and bars. Despite its central location it feels very quiet and safe. It's a 5-minute walk to the Northern Quarter, and 10/15 mins walk to Picadilly train station, there's also New Islington tram stop a couple of mins walk away. The building has its own gym, a 24-hour concierge and a club room. A parking space can be requested for an additional cost each month. Bills usually average out between £150-£200 each monthly.
