Double room in brand new Ancoats townhouse

Hello! I'm advertising a double room in a beautiful townhouse in Miles Platting / Ancoats. The house is brand new, I bought it off plan in 2019. It's a 3 bedroom townhouse over 3 floors, looking out over the canal on a quiet street, with parking.

Me and my partner are re-locating to London, so you would be sharing the whole house with just 1 other person apart from occasional weekends when we might visit (we're keeping our room in the house).

I've put a lot of love into the house so I'm looking for someone who is going to respect and look after it, and help keep the garden tidy.

The other housemate is a lovely lady called Sandeep, who is 29, and a friend of ours. We are an LGBT-friendly household :)

The house is 5-10 mins walk from some of the best parts of Manchester - Ancoats Marina, Cutting Room Square and the NQ. The Co-Op Arena and Etihad Stadium are walking distance away and there is a large Asda nearby.

The rent is £725 for the room, and we plan to split the bills 3 ways, which will be £130pp.

The room is available from 24th January but we can be flexible on this potentially. I have uploaded 2 pics of the room, (it's the room with windows going down to the floor). Please note that we've used this room previously as a "snug" / guest room, so there's no bed currently, we have a sofa bed in there at the moment, but can change this for a permanent bed if you prefer. We will also be putting a new wardrobe and bedside table in the room.
