Double en-suite room on New Islington Wharf

My flatmate is moving out on 27 Jan 2026 so I’m looking for a female flatmate to take her en-suite room!

The room and the flat on the whole is a very spacious 2 bed with a large balcony. This bedroom overlooks the city skyline as well as New Islington Marina. The building also has access to a free gym & parking available (at an additional cost). Bills come to approx £200 a month pp. The room is unfurnished, but in the communal space I have a sofa & tv. I also have some balcony furniture but there is plenty of room for more if you wanted to add any of your own things.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and love the flat, building & area. I’m a sociable person who has lived in many flat shares! I’d be looking for someone who enjoys living in a clean and tidy flat. When I’m in I like to cook nice food & watch films, and enjoying hosting a friend for dinner! I don’t go on a lot of night outs anymore but I love going out for a drink or having a few drinks at the flat!

I’m looking for a flatmate who doesn’t work from home (the majority of the time anyway).
