I have a 1yr old Cockapoo, Barney, who lives with me. Whilst he often accompanies me to work, there are times that he'll be left in flat for several hours. Whilst I'd not expect any flatmate to walk, feed and care for him, he can whine and bark if I'm not in the flat and he hears sounds from your bedroom or the outside corridor. You'll deffinitely need to be a dog person. He's also adorable.
I work from home a few days a week and then I visit my businesses on the other days.

I'm home most weekends and spend 23 weekends a year stuck to my sofa watching Formula 1

The apartment has hyperfast broadband, so if you work from home you'll have no Internet issues at all.

It's generally a quiet flat and you won't find me hosting parties and staying up into the small hours, I'd be wanting a flatmate who will respect the peace and quiet of the building.
