Double Room in Cosy Ancoats Apartment

I’m looking for a new flatmate to take over the double room with private bathroom in my cosy two-bedroom apartment, right in the heart of Ancoats. My flatmate is sadly moving into her own place so I ideally I would like someone to move in around February, however we can be flexible on the dates.

The flat is a homely two bedroom with a shared living space and a fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, washing machine and other appliances. Bills come to approximately £162per person per month, covering electricity, council tax, internet, etc. The building also benefits from a 24/7 concierge service and a free parking space.

The available room is a double with large bathroom that includes a bath and shower.
Located in the Royal Mills building in Ancoats, the flat is in a prime city-centre spot, around 15 minutes’ walk to Piccadilly Station, 13 minutes to the nearest tram stop, and 15 minutes to the Arndale Shopping Centre.

A bit about me: I’m a friendly and outgoing 29-year-old working in Marketing. I love fashion, music, films, travelling, binging Netflix, going for drinks, and working out at the gym. I’m usually in the office Tuesday to Thursday and work from home on Mondays and Fridays. I’m looking for a clean, tidy and respectful flatmate and would love to find someone likeminded to create a friendly, relaxed household.
