I’m moving out of my lovely 2-bed flat in Ancoats and looking for someone to replace me on the tenancy. The room is available from February, but I’m flexible and can move earlier or later for the right person.

The flat is on the 8th floor of Cotton Field Wharf and the room is a good-sized double with its own en-suite bathroom. The flat is officially unfurnished, but I’m happy to leave a bed, chest of drawers, and mirror if needed.

The Flatmate

You’ll be sharing with Alex, who is easy-going, polite, and sociable. We’ve lived together for about 18 months and get on really well. He works in the office 4–5 days a week and is generally fairly quiet at home. His partner visits 2–3 times a week, or he’ll stay at hers.
