The flat is on the 9th floor with loads of natural light and is located in New Islington.5 minutes walk to the tram stop, 10 minutes walk to Piccadilly station and about 15 minutes walk to the Ardnale Centre. There’s a Sainsbury’s Local downstairs. No parking but can get one through the council.

I am looking for someone who is office based

The rent is £1000 per calendar month. A deposit of £500 is required at the start of the tenancy which will be refunded in full if nothing in the flat is damaged when moving out. First months rent plus deposit comes to £1,500 payable before start of tenancy
