Flatmate Needed, Ideal Location, Ancoats Marina

New build flat in Lampwick quay in ancoats. The location is perfect as it is opposite the marina and less than 5 minute walk from new islington tram stop. A bit about me- I’ve lived in this flat for 4 years after finishing uni, and have really loved living in the area. My flatmate has just moved out so i’m looking for someone to fill their room. I’m pretty sociable and easy going, i love making new friends but equally enjoy my own down time a few days a week. I enjoy cooking, going on coffee dates and playing tennis. I’m looking for someone who’s also laid back and friendly. The bedroom is unfurnished, but the living room has been furnished by me so if there’s anything you want to bring then it’s more than welcome to come in and am open to reorganising or leaving the living room as is, but you will need to furnish your own bedroom.
