Housemate wanted

My housemate is moving in with her partner in March and so I’m looking for somebody to come on the tenancy and move in for a minimum of 6 months.

Apartment is brand new we only move in in September. Big living room with Juliet balcony, both bedrooms have a king sized bed and it’s own bathroom. Very fast WiFi, Ancoats Green literally outside, 5 min walk to marina and cutting room square. 10/15 to Piccadilly and Victoria.

Can send pictures of the rest of the flat to interested parties but just showing the bedroom and bathroom for now!!

Apartment fully furnished. Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, washer, dryer, microwave etc.

I’ve put the rent and bills as £1000pcm, it’s never that much it’s just over £900 in winter and much less in summer but that’s to allow for any fluctuations. All bills will be split equally.

I’m out of the house quite a lot. Only really in for a couple of hours in the evening before bed and sometimes at weekends. I’m always working, at the gym, playing sports or out camping or hiking.
