Ensuite room in 2 bed flat in Ancoats

We are looking for someone to take over my tenancy for a large en-suite room in a 2 bed flat in ancoats. The flat has a large open space living & dining room and kitchen. The room is furnished and has a double bed. We are about a 20 min walk to Aldi and a five minute walk to Co-op. There is an on site parking space included which you can make full use of. The flat is on the second of three floors and the building also has a lift. The flat is very central, with many bars, restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance.

About the current tenant:
Flo is a 28 year old young professional who is social, but also enjoys her own space. She enjoys going to the pub to watch the football and is also a keen runner. We often watch films together and go for the occasional coffee and pastry which is something she would like to continue with her new flatmate.

I am going travelling and we are looking for someone to take over my tenancy from March for 6 months with the potential to extend beyond that. Please message me if you are interested.
