En-suite bedroom for rent in Greater Ancoats

Hello hello!

I'm looking for a new flat mate to join me in a cute little apartment in Greater Ancoats!

**please excuse the lack of photos for the time being, THE FLAT IS UNDERGOING RENOVATION, and once it's all nice and finished, I will update them**

On offer is a furnished, double-bed en-suite with loads of storage space. The flat is located in Greater Ancoats, 5 min walk from New Islington tram stop and 20mins walk from the northern quarter.

The room itself will be left bare so you can add your own flare! In the flat, there is an open-plan kitchen and living room area, equipped with a dining room table (extendable for dinner parties 🤤), leather sofa, lounge chair and coffee table. From the living area there is a little covered balcony.

I'm open to my new flat mate bringing their own flare to the flat! Of course it will be furnished with most things (if you need something please do ask/let me know and I'll do my best to make sure it's provided), but I would love this to be a collaborative space that feels like home!

(it is all IKEA so if you fancy bringing your own, we can rearrange).

Rent: £650
Deposit: £625 + £50 entrance fee (there is an option for deposit details to be exchanged over from my previous flatmate via the deposit scheme, and organised amongst ourselves).

Bills: £180 per person on average, which includes:

- council tax
- water
- electricity
- wifi

There is parking available in either allocated out-door parking spaces or a garage space, but this is an additional £50.
