Takeover of a 12 month fixed term tenancy via a novation of the agreement, on which 5 months are remaining. Landlord and current housemate are open to renewing at the end of that period.

Move in date is 12th May subject to references and tenant checks being carried out in time (they got this sorted within about a week for me)!
