About me - I am a 27 year old professional and I moved to Manchester 2 years ago. I enjoy being social, spending time outdoors and I love cooking dinners, but equally I have a busy job so I appreciate my down time.
I value a housemate who is friendly and communicative, and I am keen to build a warm and inclusive living space. I have lots of experience living with housemates so I am pretty laidback, as long as you are kind and respectful about sharing the flat.

Location and ameneties- The Poplin Building is perfectly located with easy access to shopping centres, trams, train stations, and all the best restaurants/cafes in the Northern Quarter and Ancoats. Easy access to Victoria and Piccadilly Station (15 mins walk), and Piccadilly Gardens + Market Street tram stops (10 mins walk). There's also a rooftop terrace with beautiful city centre views, a spacious co-working space and private dining room on the ground floor.
