Letting Agency Criteria
* Working full-time and not in a probation period
*(Self-employed applicants must have 2+ years of accounts)*
* Minimum annual income of £15,000
* No CCJs or adverse credit
* Good landlord reference if currently renting
If you don’t meet the above criteria (e. g. in a probation period or earning below the threshold), a UK guarantor will be required and referenced alongside you.
Approximate Monthly Bills (per person)
