About Me
I’m a working professional (Data Analyst) who enjoys music, sports and travelling. I’m easy-going, respectful of shared spaces, and looking for someone similar who’s easy to live with.

Letting Agency Criteria
* Working full-time and not in a probation period
*(Self-employed applicants must have 2+ years of accounts)*
* Minimum annual income of £15,000
* No CCJs or adverse credit
* Good landlord reference if currently renting

If you don’t meet the above criteria (e. g. in a probation period or earning below the threshold), a UK guarantor will be required and referenced alongside you.
