Housemate: 32 year old Brazilian athletics coach, very sociable, great conversation, works full time and friendly and respectful

Viewing available based on his availability which is usually evenings but please let me know what works for you and we will try.

All bills included except WiFi which is shared equally and fair use cap on electricity and gas up to £250pm. If goes over then shared between housemates but so far this is a manageable limit if housemates are responsible.
I'm a laid back landlord with a busy family life but always available should you need support.
