Gorgeous 4 bed house in Ancoats

Hey folks,

Looking to fill a room in a new build house overlooking the canal in Ancoats, with over 1500 square feet of space, garden, and private parking including a double drive. Heaps of space!

You are as close to the city as you can be while living in a three storey house, with Ancoats square a few minute's walk away, Northern Quarter around 5 minutes, and gyms/shops all nearby. And Ancoats Green is over the road!

The double bedroom is fully furnished with a king bed and fitted wardrobes and drawers. There are also dual aspect views over the canal and green spaces, so the room is always flooded with natural light (much needed in Manchester).

I'm 31, easy going young professional. I am looking for an easy going and respectful young professional who wants to live in a lovely home. And someone who is used to house shares where you all chip in to taking care of a place. Gym buddy is a bonus!

I often work from home and gym every evening. At the weekends, I like to go for brunch, a few drinks or something outdoorsy! I also spend a lot of time travelling and overseas - for work or pleasure. There is one other guy who lives with me called Rocco who is really easygoing and clean.

Bills come to around 145 a month each. We also share a cleaner, which we chip in for separately and comes to about £12 a week.
