Double room with ensuite in Ancoats

I have a spare room in my flat available until mid-late March

Location: Ancoats Manchester
Availability: January to mid/late March

The room:
-Spacious double room
-Ensuite bathroom with a large shower
-Double walk-in/through wardrobe
-Fully furnished
-spacious with lots of natural light
-Street facing

The flat:
-large shared living room with an open plan kitchen
-Lots of cupboard space in the kitchen
-Washing machine/tumble dryer
-Fridge/freezer
-Dishwasher
-24 hour concierge
-Bike storage
-Large shared garden

I’m looking for a friendly and reliable flatmate for a short term stay,, I’m open to commuters but would prefer the person doesn’t work from home more than two days a week as I myself work from home most days
Someone who I can get along with and ideally isn’t opposed to spending time together in the living room on evenings etc

I’m a self-employed creative so when I’m not in the studio, I’m working from home :)
