Ensuite room available in The Marina, Ancoats

I have a room available in my flat, located right in The Marina, Ancoats area. It’s a wonderful location, surrounded by great bakeries, bars, supermarkets, and cafés.

The building has excellent facilities included in the rent: communal internet, a gym, two private gardens, and a shared space to read, socialise, or work (with a small kitchen for hot drinks). There is also 24/7 concierge service, so parcels are safe.

The flat has an open-plan kitchen and living room, plus two en-suite bedrooms, so you’ll have your own bathroom. It’s a quiet place—I barely hear the neighbours. The flat itself is unfurnished, but I have already bought all the necessary furniture for the shared areas.

Unfortunately, my current flatmate needs to leave the country, so we’re looking for someone to take over the room. She has furniture for the bedroom and is happy either to remove it or discuss keeping it with the new tenant.

Ideally, I’m looking for someone easy-going who enjoys socialising and spending some time together. I work Monday to Friday, and in my free time I like going to the gym or out for a drink or two—I’m quite social as well.

A few things to bear in mind:
• No pets allowed
• No smoking inside the flat (smoking is allowed in the outdoor communal areas)
• Unfortunately, there is no parking space included. The garage can be used for short-term period like delivery.

The rent is £650 per month plus bills, which is a great price for the area and facilities. Council Tax band C.
