1 double room in a modern city centre flat

I have a room available in my cosy home, great large kitchen with island and spacious living room - the bathroom is shared and the house is part furnished- room includes double bed, wardrobe, desk & bedside tables. I work full time different days every week 9-5 so I’m not really looking for someone who would be hosting last nights at the house etc. I rarely have company over unless it’s my boyfriend visiting. I would like someone I could have a cheeky wine with but also love my own quiet space so no need to feel obligated. I clearly also have a kitty. He’s a house cat and he’s a love but he won’t bother you lol. I have since removed the pink accessories from the bathroom also I’m very much a neutrals gal.
