1 double room in a modern city flat

I have a room available in my cosy home, great large kitchen with island plus washer/dryer and spacious living room with floor to ceiling windows and great views, short walk into northern quater, sunbed / local shop park 2 minutes walk - the bathroom is shared however never been as issue for me before when sharing - room includes double bed, wardrobe, desk & bedside tables. I work full time different days every week 9-5 so I’m not really looking for someone who would be hosting late nights at the house etc. I rarely have company over as I usually go to them. I would like someone I could have a cheeky wine with but also love my own quiet space so no need to feel obligated. I clearly also have a kitty. He’s a house cat and he’s a love but he won’t bother you lol. I'm very clean and tidy so the house is always left neat and clean for you to cook etc - all I ask if for someone who can tidy / wash up after themselves. Gutted to be losing my current flatmate, who I found on here but sadly she has to leave us to return home overseas. I'm easy to live with and don't spend a great amount of time in the flat as I work and visit friends etc, so really it would be ideal for someone who works from home - everything is included - water/ electric/ council tax/ netflix/ internet - Please whatsapp me if the ad looks good to you and we can chat :)
