Double room available in NOMA/Ancoats area!

The room comes with a private bathroom (not en-suite) and secure parking below. If you do not drive, it can be rented out with my current flatmate as well!

The flat itself is super spacious, with a gorgeous shared living space that gets views across the city, and has a juliet balcony perfect for summer.

A bit about the flat: I’m the current flatmate who will be leaving at the end of Feb to go travelling and then move home. I am gutted to be leaving, but you will be living with my gorg friend Nat, and her ginger cat gimli 🐈 he is litter trained and Nat keeps the litter tray in her bathroom, away from the shared spaces.

My tenancy is due to end on May 6th so this would be initially a short term let however Nat wants to renew the contract so there is scope to stay much longer if interested!
