Hey!
I'm moving back to London and am looking for someone to sublet my room from asap/mid April (exact dates can be confirmed) till near the end of June. The tenancy officially ends on June 28th so you will need to be able to vacate the property at least five or so days before the 28th (though I can be flexible with exact dates the flat just needs to be empty/deep cleaned by then which myself and my current flatmate can deal with).
The room is fulled furnished with a large separate en-suite bathroom.
The shared living room/kitchen is also a wonderful size and has a balcony overlooking the lowkey tropical entrance to the apartment block!
On top of all this, there's a rooftop pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi on the 18th floor with 360 views of the city.
While the flat is not a new build and a little lived in, it is truly perfect with plenty of storage space, a great reception team downstairs for any deliveries and broadband bill is included :)
