Looking for someone to move into a double bedroom in a lovely 2 bed furnished flat in Ancoats. Communal kitchen/living space & shared bathroom. Bedroom layout will be slightly different than in this photo. The bed has been replaced with a new one, wardrobe & bedside table included in the room & desks won’t be there. Situated in a great central location with the Northern Quarter, Manchester city centre & New Islington on your doorstep, and is additionally an 8 minute walk to Piccadilly Station.

Bills and broadband costs aren’t included in rent price. Council Tax band C. Security deposit required but wouldn’t let me add the amount in (£793.27).

I am looking for a female working professional aged 23-25 to move in, who is clean and tidy and a non-smoker. No pets allowed. I work from home 3-4 days a week usually so would be in the flat quite often. I am looking for someone who is sociable and would be up for making plans on the weekend. I enjoy going out as much as a chilled night in so would be up for either.

Happy to have flat viewings but would also ideally need to grab a coffee/drink first to see if we get along :)
