Double Room Available in Ancoats- Calm, Clean Home

Hi!!

Our flatmate is moving back home so we're looking for a replacement! We’re two friendly, easy-going girls looking for a like-minded flatmate. This is a relaxed, clean and respectful flatshare, so we’re ideally looking for someone who enjoys a calm living environment and likes to keep the shared spaces tidy.

We both work during the week and keep fairly regular routines, so this would best suit a working professional, ideally someone who doesn't work from home all week. Someone who is considerate, reliable with bills, and happy living in a home rather than a party flat. We enjoy the occasional chat or shared evening but also respect each other’s space and downtime.

The flat is well looked after and we’d love to find someone who naturally cleans up after themselves, communicates well, and wants a friendly place to live long term.

You'd be sharing a bathroom with my other flatmate. Rent is £570 a month and bills come to about £170-180 a month. Room will be available from the 13th of March but want to get someone sorted by the 25th of Feb so will be aiming to do viewings over the next week or so.
