My current flatmate has lived here for three years and is now moving overseas.

The Room: Double bedroom (small double bed for space), canal outlook, bright and quiet.

The Bathroom: I have an en-suite, so the main bathroom is for your sole use (not technically en-suite, but effectively private). Loads of storage in there!

The building: 24-hour concierge, Secure bike storage, shared terrace and lounge.

I work full-time (mix of office and WFH) and have a busy lifestyle with work, gym and friends, so home is more of a relaxed base than a party house. Looking for a respectful, tidy professional who values a calm, well-kept space.

No parking, but you are able to get ancoats residents permits these days.
