Looking for a flatmate for flat in Ancoats 🫶🏻

I have just secured this lovely 2-bed flat in Ancoats and I am looking for a flatmate to move in with me. Each room has an en-suite and wardrobe space and the flat has a balcony overlooking the marina.

I only have a video of the flat currently (I move in next week), but have uploaded images from the listing, along with the floor plan from Rightmove.

I have lived in manchester around 4 years now and work full time as a solicitor in the city. I am in the office mostly but WFH sometimes.

I am a looking for someone clean and tidy and preferably someone I will get on well with.

I am into running, hiking, pilates, and I love being out and about on the weekends, eg. to a nice wine bar / out for drinks, but also like a quiet night in too. So looking for someone who also likes a good balance of socialising but doing some wholesome things 🫶🏻

The flat is available to move in mid-March, and I ideally need someone before the end of March.

It is unfurnished, but there is built in wardrobes and I have the living room furniture etc, so you will just need a bed (and anything else you want for your room ofc).
The rent is £836 each per month, plus bills. There is a gym in the building too.
