Hi! I’m looking for someone to take over my one-bedroom apartment in Swan Street House as I’ll be relocating due to a change in my career plans.
It’s honestly been a great place to live. The apartment is fully furnished, very clean, and still feels almost new since I travel quite a bit and haven’t actually spent that much time in it. There’s also surprisingly a lot of storage space for a one-bedroom, including a large wardrobe and plenty of built-in storage.
The apartment is on the 21st floor, so you get really nice natural light throughout the day. The sun comes in from the side which keeps the flat bright without it getting too hot.
The building itself is one of the best parts. The staff are genuinely lovely and the amenities are great, including:

• Lounge spaces
• Bookable private dining room
• Cinema
• Podcast room
• Outdoor terrace
The location is right by the Northern Quarter, with everything within walking distance, and very close to Victoria Station and the city centre (5-10 min walk).
