My current flatmate is moving out in April so looking for someone to come take over the tenancy from 1st May.
The room is a double en suite by Cutting Room Square in Ancoats. It’s a 15 minute walk from Picadilly station, Victoria station, and the City Center.
The room is unfurnished but the rest of the flat is. I have a spare double bed frame for the room if you’d fancy that :).
Rent is £707 and bills not included. With bills it rounds up to roughly £950 give or take.
We have access to a gym in the building across the street from us and there is parking available for an additional fee but there is a waitlist. There’s also access to a club room and we have a courtyard with benches and deck chairs. Little bit of a sun trap in the summer if I must say…
