Hi! I’m renting out a bright double room in a modern flat in a great area. The room and flat get lots of natural light and the place has a spacious, modern feel.

The flat is fully furnished, comes with a washing machine, and each bedroom has its own bathroom, so you get plenty of privacy.

There’s also a balcony with a great view, which becomes a real sun trap in the summer.

The location is ideal – there are loads of coffee shops, restaurants, and run clubs nearby, and it’s a great area for young professionals. The flat is also right next to a tram stop, which gets you into the city centre in around 15 minutes, making commuting really easy.

A bit about me – I’m a software engineer working in the office 9–5 during the week. In my spare time I enjoy golf, tennis, board games, socialising, grabbing a drink, and the occasional night out. I like the flat to be a relaxed and friendly place to live.
