Due to me dropping out of uni, I need somebody to take my room and sign the contract for me to get out of it. It is in a prime location, 10 mins from Victoria Station, Shudehill tram station, and the Arndale Centre/Market street. The bedroom comes with a double bed, a wardrobe with a storage compartment above, a desk with three drawers and overhead shelving, and a bedside table. The bed also gives space for storage underneath. In the flat is a kitchen with a washer/dryer and sofas + a TV, two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath. The rooms are much more spacious than any others i’ve come across in Manchester, and a very good price for the area and everything around it. There are three other rooms, I know that one is currently occupied but not sure about the others. MUST HAVE A UK GUARANTOR
