I'm looking for a friendly flatmate to move into my two bedroom flat in May as my current flat mate is going buying her own flat!
The flat is bright and modern, with a large south facing balcony which is lovely in the summer! It’s a great location in the Ancoats/New Islington area with the marina, tram stop, Aldi, coffee shops and a Pure Gym all within a 10 minute walk. The building also includes a 24hr gym and concierge.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers and you'd also have your own bathroom.
Feel free to bring any pots/pans/ glasses etc but I have most stuff already!
Rent is £650 a month with bills around £150
A bit about me - I’m 29 year olds currently working in events in the city centre. I’m in the office 3 days a week and work from home the other two. At the weekends I usually see friends for coffee, eat out (a lot) go on walks, shop, have the occasional night out. I'm looking for someone who is just as tidy as me and likes to keep the place looking clean and cosy. It would be fab to have someone I can also be friends with and not just a flat mate but completely understand if you prefer your own company as I'm also like that sometimes and love my own space!
The room is available from 22nd of May and you’ll be signing a year contract with me.
