I'm looking for a friendly flatmate to move into my two bedroom flat in May as my current flatmate is buying her own flat!
The flat is bright and modern, with a large south facing balcony which is lovely in the summer! It’s a great location in the New Islington/Ancoats area with the marina, tram stop, Aldi, coffee shops and a Pure Gym all within a 10 minute walk. The building is called “The Plaza” and also includes a 24hr gym and concierge.
The room is fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, bedside table and chest of drawers and you'd also have your own bathroom.
Rent is currently £650 a month but it may go up slightly when the contract renews in May. Bills around £150 a month.
A bit about me - I’m 29 year olds currently working in events. I’m in the office three days a week and work from home the other two. On weekends I usually see friends for coffee, eat out (a lot), shop and have the occasional night out. I'm looking for someone who is just as tidy as me and likes to keep the place looking clean and cosy. It would be fab to have someone I can also be friends with and not just a flat mate but completely understand if you prefer your own company as I'm also like that sometimes! ☺️
The room is available from 22nd of May and you’ll be signing a year contract with me.
