Our current housemate George is moving out to relocate to London, so we're looking for someone to take over his spacious double room in our top-floor corner flat in Sawmill Court, Ancoats.

You'd be living with me, Steven (M, 26), and Ed (M,27). I work in Audit and Ed works for the civil service - we both work from home roughly two days a week.

We're laid back, like to keep the space clean, and are looking for someone we get along with as well as live with.

The flat and room come unfurnished, although George is open to selling some of his furniture if you're interested. You'll be sharing a bathroom with me.
