My Flat mates moving out so I’m looking for someone to take over the tenancy with me at the end of April!
You’ll have the bigger room with the en-suite, the rent has just gone up slightly to £700 each before bills (we’re looking at around 800-850 each)
Someone I can get along with and actually be friends with would be ideal.
I work 9-5:30 everyday so only in the flat evenings and weekends.
